Welcome back to a new school year!
I’ll admit, I wasn’t ready for summer to be over, but now that school has begun, it’s wonderful to be back at Salem Academy. The leaves are turning, the morning air is chilled, the campuses are filled with students excited to see each other and begin a new year. God is always so good! I love seasons, fresh starts, and new beginnings! Yes, September is here, and it’s going to be a great year!
I want to thank each and every family for their participation in the P.I.E. Hours Program last year! We had thousands of volunteer hours turned in and it was incredible to see all the ways families chose to serve the Lord at Salem Academy! I was so pleased and proud of everyone’s hard work and efforts towards the betterment of the school. I especially loved the opportunity to get to know so many parents on all the campuses! I was, and continue to be, very thankful for all the support and encouragement!
As coordinator of all SAC volunteers, my job is to be of service both to you as parents, and to the staff as well. I am happy to be able to match volunteers with the opportunities in which they can best partner with the school. Please know that your gift of time is invaluable. Parent volunteers are integral to the success of our great school. We truly appreciate you, and thank the Lord for your time, skills and talents!
